Our Vacation: Yakama Nation Toppenish

We were able to go to the Yakama Nation Cultural Center and a popular Native Reservation town called Toppenish, where they have murals all over the town. We also took a mural tour and ate at an old fashioned soda shoppe. We had a great time seeing the cultural history of Central Washington.

You can camp in a tee-pee at the cultural center. So rad!

We took our mural tour in a covered wagon, pulled by two horses.

A mural of prostitutes in the windows of this building.

At the soda shoppe

Enjoying bubblegum ice cream for the first time.

We had a great time, even with the cold weather.
